The Staff Management module allows easy addition, maintenance, and look-up of an agency's staff member profiles. In additional to basic profile information, it provides screens to record other staff member skills and qualifications, such as additional languages spoken. The Staff Management module also allows an agency’s WITS administrator to add or change a user’s access and review activity within the application.
