If no slots are open within a treatment program, a client can be placed on the Wait List. Once a client is enrolled in the program, WITS automatically removes them from the wait list. This module also allows agencies to manage capacity. Available reports facilitate wait list prioritization by including indicators for longest wait, injecting, and pregnancy.
