Components for a Successful Implementation

A: WITS is capable of managing many Programs for a government Substance Abuse agency. However, setting an implementation plan that prioritizes these programs is an essential first step. Eating the whole elephant doesn't work. In our experience, establishing a feasible implementation schedule at the project’s inception is critical to its success.
