Components for a Successful Implementation

H: As the first set of priorities is accomplished in WITS and one or more Programs have been integrated into the system, the next step is to evaluate which programs are the most likely "second priority". During this planning phase, FEI will help guide decisions toward the next phase of enhancements to the WITS system.
