Web Infrastructure for Treatment Services (WITS) is built with Microsoft’s C# .NET framework using a SQL Server database. All system configuration and data exchange is handled using XML files.
FEI.com uses a non-captive business model where States and Counties that implement WITS are given the source code. Additionally, FEI.com offers training to your County programmers for maintaining and enhancing the code internally.
Most customers choose to have FEI.com host their WITS instance. This allows for maximum data security and the fastest possible deployment of updates and enhancements.
